Salon Etiquette


All appointments may be booked in the salon, via phone, or via email. Credit card details may be required at time of booking particularly for packages exceeding 1 hour to guarantee your appointment. Please mention if you are redeeming a gift voucher.

Cancellation Policy

Out of consideration for all our customers, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% fee being charged. “No Show” appointments are charged at 100% of treatments booked.

Arrival Time

For general maintenance services including waxing please arrive 5 minutes before your treatment time. For all packages exceeding 1 hour or if you a ‘New Client’ and to maximise your experience please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to relax and complete your consultation form.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Mobile Phones

We kindly request that you switch OFF your mobile phone before your arrival, for your benefit and as a courtesy to others.


All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Body Quest Salon accepts cash, EFTPOS, and all major credit cards.

Public Holidays

The Salon is open on some Public Holidays, and opening dates are announced in house and via the website. For all appointments booked on a public holiday a minimum of 24 hours notice on cancellations or rescheduling is required and 100% cancellation fee will apply for failure to do so or to “no show” appointments.

Attire & Hygiene

Your comfort is our priority. Relaxation is best achieved by wearing comfortable clothing. Disposable underwear is provided when necessary for treatments & packages. We observe and maintain the highest of health standards and use only thoroughly sterilised and sanitised equipment.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available for use against any treatment offered on the treatment menu. Gift vouchers are personalised and may be presented by specific treatments or by monetary amount. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and MUST be presented at the time of treatment.

Product/Gift Voucher Order & Postage Service

Simply phone, or email us with your order, along with your credit card details and most importantly your contact details. Products and Gift voucher will be sent within 24 hours. Express Post and Interstate post options are available please contact us directly for these options. Please note: Ordering Gift Vouchers via email please allow up to 48 hours for processing.

Health Considerations

Please inform your therapist if you are currently under care of a medical practitioner, are experiencing high blood pressure, heart conditions, varicose veins, skin conditions, lymphatic condition, joint problem, bone condition, recent injuries, diabetes, are pregnant, current medications taken, or have other health conditions that we should be aware. All of the above should be consulted with you Doctor prior to seeking beauty and massage services.

Services offered today are not a substitute for medical care. Your therapist is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.


All treatments are non-sexual in nature.

Refund Policy

All treatments and packages once paid are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
